This is a Bill Elliott 1991 Maxx #9 Plastic Card!

This card is made of plastic, and the picture of Bill's body is completely raised off the card 1/8 of an inch!

The card is the standard size, but is 1/4 of an inch thick!

Also, the card has the serial number 8053 on it, and comes complete with a box from Maxx, and two plastic holders so the card can be displayed standing up!

The condition of card is excellent, as it does have some minor wear on the bottom edge of the card!
